• To provide a safe, comfortable setting for children to be children – socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually using Christian beliefs and principles.
• To provide opportunities for gross and fine motor skills through exercises, finger plays, puzzles, etc.
• To provide rhythm and music activities daily.
• To read a story each day incorporating literature for children and include a Bible story at least once a week focusing on Christian holidays when appropriate.
• To provide opportunities to use various mediums in creative art.
• To provide opportunities for children to make choices, sharing, caring, assuming responsibilities for simple age appropriate chores, self-care skills, respect and manners.
• Provide two-way conversation as children experience free play.
